Healthy Quick Food!

Sweet potatoe pies aren't always the way to go so if you're on a diet or just want a quick healthy snack you can cut up a sweet potatoe in very thin slices and you can put them in a deep frier or on the stove with fat free cooking oil preferably olive oil and you cook them a little at a time, then you take them out and sprinkle minced garlic all over them while they're hot and also add fresh chopped bayleaves or other seasons!! Yummmyyy you should try it!!!

Beauty Tip of the Dayy!

I've tried a lot of body scrubs that make your skin soft and glowing but now I know how to make my own. These ingredients are simple all you need is: candle container, vitamin e oil(or a different kind if you want), epsom salt, honey, organic olive oil, and a scent of some sort. You mix all of these things together and put it on when you get in the shower, and it leaves your skin smooth and glowing!
